The euro R motor is the best out of the three. Tranny has LSD, motor has the same cams as the Type S and also has the best intake manifold out of the three. The Type S and Euro R have 11:1 compression as the jdm h22 has 10.6:1 and usdm has 10:1.

Swap isn't too bad, time consuming to make it look real clean though. I'd highly suggest changing the T-belt and water pump and retrofitting the h23 style manual tensioner in place of the auto tensioner.
