Default Swap Finished

Although i do have 1 issue , I was on my way to tampa today after i finished the swap , and the car drove flawlessly . On my way back , i was stopped at a gas station (following my brother and waiting for him to pump gas) and i pull out and wait behind him so he can make his turn , i slip it in first grind , 2nd grind , then i put it in neutral , pop it in 1st, grind is gone (WTF). Same thing happens at a few stop signs on my way home. Was just wondering if you guys have ever experienced anything like this , or what you may think the problem will be. (Or if this is attributed to the transmission sitting for so long ). Also i did not know where to run the 3 vacum lines that are on the intake manifold , 2 on top of the throttle body and 1 on the bottom, so i ran the one on the top right to the FPR , and the one on the left was tee'd to the wastegate actuator and bypass valve. And the one on the bottom was capped off. (Like i was instructed to by phase2)
