no, i have no block girdle. we rebuilt with all forged internals. the eagle rods come with new torque specs. i wouldn't want to try it with a b18b with 60k on it if it wasn't rebuilt.
404's???? what do you idle at? i assume you are talking ls. did you buy those from mike?
it was hard enough to get 403's to idle, and thats at 1k, drops to about 600 during the day (thank you florida summer).
i have taken mine 9k many times, but not on a regular basis. with the blower the was no point in it. all motor i don't know, we have not gone back to re-tune. but that is to say alo that i don't drive around that high.
but i can tell you i've had the ohondata and my cams for over a year (15 mos), no problems, mechanically anyway. at the track i would shift 8500, and leave it in third until i hit the traps right around 8700 (103)
