well i know it rained pretty good one day and i was going down the road and i came to a stop light and i was in the far right lane in my car and water was coming in through the doors...and this is on like 34th/us19 and 54th ave n...there was a sheriff car submerged to the middle of the doors so i know there are big roads that can flood but yea u wont notice the 2 hp ...if u have a stock engine the CIA aint really giving u a whole bunch of power...5..6 maybe
