IMO, you don't need to sleeve a motor until you make over 500 hp, but that's my personal opinion.

As far as track times, my car made 334 whp @ 12 psi and it ran 11.88 (full interior ek coupe), so I know it doesn't take an insane amount of power to run 11's. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten to make any passes at 18 psi (420 whp)
