that's crap, with all due respect to wgs0023, he was doing triple digit speeds. when pulling out onto a road, you have an expectation for how far away a car can be that will allow you to safely pull out. this expectation does not include vehicles traveling at 100+ mph. now, the lady still bears some responsibility, but as wgs0023 already admitted, both parties were at fault for the accident. furthermore, there's absolutely no reason to try to take somebody to the cleaners when you bear just as much responsibility as they do.
