I had one that I thought was a little funky (noticed it the day I sold the car) and since then have wondered if GEF and others (especially diversified marketing) could possibly be selling "out of spec" wheels which were once rejected by FRPP.
I am considering running a set of these on my 67. Comparing an OEM wheel from a cobra and a boxed wheel from one of these less expensive sources would be interesting.

I checked the wheels when they came in. I ran them on the balancer without the tires and two of them balanced out. The other two were off, but one was .25 and the other was .5. I felt they were acceptable and seen nothing to indicate that they rejects. There were no stampings or anything like that that showed NOADJ? Not really sure if there is some place speicif to check on the wheels...
