If you go to the right area you wont have to notify anyone. the corner looks like a bunch of parked cars for a reason. come in park and start talking. you'll definatly get a race. these days the cornerisnt always full but some fast imports fill up the little parking lot across the street. not all of them are fast. there is always followers. just ask around for a fast car. im sure most will guide you to them. and if there too fast for your liking, most of the time that person will set you up with who your looking for.
