I've had it done to me as well. They're bitches and you really can't do anything about it. That's what you get for using credit card paypal. If you use non-cc paypal they they really can't do much as not very many banks would reverse a charge via checking account (or it's at least far more work). Assholes like the guy you sold it to should be burned at stake seriously...the only thing left for you to do is try to contact him via Ebay (I'm guessing you sold it there?) and get his info phone number etc. If he's selling something I'd let the buyers know what kind of scumbag he is.
