Speed shows the goodwood festival of speed every year where all manner of race cars attack a hillclimb type course. F1, WRC, LeMans, vintage, etc cars are all featured, and most just kinda horse around. Burnouts, 360's (Solberg did one hanging out of his car window). The commentator mentioned an open wheel hillclimb car that looked a lot like an early 90's F1 car driven by some no name British dude having the course record, so I'll bet its one of those.
