like i said before with the first report
california has a program that works pretty well
its called race legal
racelegal.com for info
they got a grant from thier dot
the money is distributed from a local college
they rent out thier stadium and let people drag race
they have cops that race the kids
they have modified cop cars and such
its been working pretty well
tampa need to work on solutions not just try and punish
yes we have 1320
but thats not a city sanctioned thing
