IMO, you shouldn't get it . See if you can find a GT-S. They had the 135 hp 3SGE engine, which is a great engine and is upgradeable or able to be swapped to 3SGTE.

I used to have a 5th gen Celica, but it had a different engine than the 4th gen. It was a great car, very reliable. If you just want something that looks cool, and is reliable, you should snag it up. I've got a haynes repair manual you can have, since I don't have my celica anymore.
