I wouldn't say that...but I haven't caused any major explosions with it yet. It's a very powerful tuning tool and gives you another 1001 ways to blow up your engine. I'm in Largo and would be willing to help as much as I can. My best advice would be to start reading the Tweecer board http://eectuning.org/forums and to buy EEC Analyzer for looking at your datalogs...hopefully you have a Tweecer RT and not just the base model.
