lol, Im hooked on mcquires waxes and polishes. My black paint is faded as shit but after doing the three stage waxing/polish it leaves the paint looking "wet". Its great shit. For the interior dash and plastics I like the 2001 stuff cause it makes my car smell like JcPennies shoes section. Like new leather or something. As far as tips, just make sure the wash mit you use to wash your car is CLEAN, otherwise your putting swirls right back into your paint. I always use the car wash shit they sell between waxes but end up going to Dawn when I plan on re-waxing to strip the old wax off. Gunk degreaser is the shit for engine bays. Pick up some good engine bay detailing stuff to put on your radiator hoses and what not to make them black again instead of dirty/rotted looking.
