its the newer. it's a bad ass amp, i'd love to keep it but i need more power to feed this 15..... right now i have an offer for 275 but i'll have ot wait like 3 weeks for that to come through. if you can do 270 within a week it's yours. it's the newer one with 3 40amp fuses. you wont be dissappointed with this amp, i wasnt. im just pissed that my sub wants more (it's needy)
