Next thing you're going to tell me is the only prep they do for those 8-second runs is a rear tire swap. Fact is, they ALL say their car is a "daily driver." In reality they rarely (if ever) go one month without popping the hood unless it's been sitting in the garage at least half the time. I'd bet one month's salary that Marko's 8-second car doesn't go 12K miles in a year without several non-routine maintenance appointments.
It's sort of like the guys that say an oil change is 5 minutes. Of course they never include the time lifting the car, lowering the car and cleanup.
But hey, if tweaking 1,000hp every weekend doesn't bother them then fine, go ahead and call it a daily driver.
BTW I know a guy that has a 8-second daily driver - STOCK...and we all know what "stock" means. LOL
