Bro everyone has told you what to do to polish your wheels. You need to just do it. That mount right there if you were to put a buffing wheel on a bench grinder with white bar(aluminum) it would come out like that in 5 minutes. It is very easy to polish it just takes time. Here are a few things that i have done.
