I ran a SI motor for over a year at 14lbs of boost with a greddy18g kit on the vafc hack.

That being said. I recommend a thicker headgasket and a conservative tune with neptune. For 7psi you will be fine, even 10. You will only make maybe 50 whp (depending on the turbo...big variable there) The weakest point on the b16a2 from my experiances is the ringlands, that is what finally went on mine. I had stock compression though. People say sleeves but any sleeves will give with detonation.

Other than the headgasket, i would invest in fuel upgrades. (ie. fuel pump, static 1:1 fuel pressure regulator, etc) to compliment neptune. I don't know if any one local uses or tunes neptune yet....they should. Cams aren't really needed, unless you wanted to go with a gsr exhaust cam (cheap and effective)
