You will not have to pull the dash to remove the evaporator. I had to remove the evaporator from Garrett's S14 in order to remove his wiring harness through the firewall. You will need to remove the glove box first. Unbolt the blower motor and the evaporator after that. You will need good manual dexterity to get to some of the bolts and also a few long extensions will help.
