The TKO was never a production piece.
With the T-56, it would come down to someone either making a bellhousing for the swap or using an adapter plate.
The "bad" thing about the T-56 is that the F-body's used a revers pull throwout bearing and hydraulic clutch which would make a swap difficult. Most of the people using a T-56 in another application (even mustangs) have to use the Viper style T-56 since it has a traditional pull mechanical clutch. But as you can imagine, adding the word "viper" to any order is going to cost you.
