Bob is New to Hondas and this site
I may be new to Hondas, but God gave me a talent
for building and fixing almost anything. I really enjoy
a suspension that sticks to the road in the turns.
A woman who 1. Appreciates cuddling for the
sake of cuddling, and/or 2. Has the presence of mind
to really DRIVE a car, is incredibly exciting to me.
I also own the "Road Warrior" Chevy Nova that
you see around town.
-----
I thought about bringing my portable alignment stuff to
the June '05 BBQ, as a way of meeting members, and so
people could at least find out what their castor and
camber is set at.
-----
My car.......
I just got a 2 liter accord that was driveable
but nothing electrical worked except the "battery"
warning light. Now, everything electrical works!
Suspension......
I replaced every front ball joint, and rubber bushing.
Thank goodness I have a hydraulic press, but I had to make
my own spring compresser.
While it was apart, I lowered the suspension by 1 1/2"
Front and rear.

Starting the list of "fun stuff".......
I made a stainless steel heat shield under a 351 CI
Police Interceptor air filter for the 2 barrel carb. It was
pretty tall, so I made some hood brackets, creating a
high-rise hood for better aerodynamics, and cowl
induction. Now it BREATHES and has a slight moan
under acceleration.
I converted the headlights from flip-up to rigid mount
by making my own brackets, and covered them with
screen mesh that blends them into the body work.
More stuff is to be built as time progresses.........
If you read this far, tell me about YOUR ride........
