GD right I blame the cop. He's chasing some dumb kid on a dirt bike. Big fucking whoop. When I called 911 about a drunk driver the cop told me they had no one to send. Too busy chasing dirt bikers I guess, and we all know how many fatalities dirt bikers are responsible for every year.
