Go to the local County Building and put either a
mechanics lein on it or an abandon vehicle search (I think thats what it is called) The Tag office will but it in there computer(register it as an abondon vehicle) and will require you to send a registerd letter to the person on the title, if it gets sent back to you (as in the owner has moved) take the registerd letter back up to the tag office, and then the title is yours. It may be easyer to go for the mechanics lein. If you know anyone in the used car business, they can do it for you. Good luck
