lug nuts are not that hard to get hold of, im sure automotive engineering or even NAPA has them. just getting the wheels and tires is the expensive part. i will have around $1200 wrapped up in them when its all said and done. $650 for the wheels, $320 for the M/T tires and $120 for the front runners. then all new lug nuts, valves, mounted and ballanced is about another $100-$120. actually that mount and balance will be really cheap for me, ill get them done on base and it will only cost $3 per tire/wheel.
