if your new to the game, you should start by learning. Learn more about your car, become familiar with all of your options, search all the related boards like here, hondatech or what have you. Once you have a better grasp on what can be done, decide what your goal is with the car. You told me you wanted it to be fast, which is a pretty relative term. Since you've never modified a car before, your going to realize that most of the parts out there won't make much difference when starting from ~125HP. You may want to consider saving your penny's until you can afford something that actually will be fast, like a K-series engine swap as apposed to dumping money into I/H/E etc.. and realizing your not getting very far after the fact.
