It all depends on you.......the p28 will give it a little of what it is lacking in terms of fuel and timing, specially with the zex cam, but I don't think it will be THAT much. What is it to you? If you already have the p28 and you are good at wiring, why not do it? It definitely won't hurt the car, the only thing that it will do it help it out. However, if you have to spend $300 out of pocket to do the conversion then I don't see a reason to do it if you're happy with the way your car is running.
