Ok here is my question to you guys. I have been trying to get my brother's 1991 mr2 turbo's steering wheel to unlock all morning. Problem is, it seems to be jamed. I even went to lengths of getting a new key made. Still won't work. The ignition is in the "lock" position and will not get over to "acc" even while jerking the wheel. I have no idea what could be the problem. Has anyone had this problem before or know what might be causing this to happen? Could it be the key ignition cylinder?
