are aftermarket plug wires on a neon really going to improve 1/4 times?

most people see an improvement with aftermarket plug wires when they replace their old oem wires. thus, the 1-2 horsepower difference...at least thats the way it is in honda's.

as far as talking shit...as some of you may think...i'm not. i try to be as realistic as i can and a 15 second car is slow.

and if your neon is mostly stock...then its barely a 15 second car...acr, r/t or whatever.

so unless you have timeslips that say otherwise...i think what i'm saying is both fair and very true.
