I've had this problem on my '05 Sti as well. Actually for a while it wasn't even registering 3/4 of tank!

Dealership replaced the fuel pump. Seemed to help but it's back. So back to the dealer I go.

I had this same problem with my 2000 Integra Gsr. They replaced the fuel sending unit. No further problems.
