It does not move, so it should. Tech only specifies that you can't have loose shit in your car, not that that everythng in your car can survive a 50 MPH collision.

Just to make it even more solid I might add a small tie down in addition to the bungee. The bungee keeps it stable but if you pull on the camera mount really hard you can get it to move an inch or two when the bungee stretches.

I have seen someone used a tied down tripod before which is where I got the idea from. Then again I could always get some tech that wants to be an ass cause its not BOLTED in.
