Track was not down hill, lots of tracks have the shutdown area uphill to slow the cars down, was an illusion.

Yea the stall creates load so he is making boost on the stall. I think the stall is around 3500/4000. His car is street legal, he drives it to the track, runs 8s and drives it home. And you are correct about the track, it has to be level especially since it is an ihra certified event track.
