I think we should bring back war stories but: it must be clear that after the callout the thread will be locked when the person that has been called out respones whether or not he accepts or not, then post results of callout.

good idea and set up like a system to rate people on the amount of BS they talk. if their BS level is too high they cannot post in certain forums.
