1991 Mustang GT 'vert
here's the deal. i do not want to sell this car but if i get a reasonable offer i will let it go. if not it will just sit until i can finish it. me and a friend of mine started this project over a year ago and recently he decided he no longer wanted to speak with me, i don't have the time/skill to complete this on my own and i damn sure don't have the $ to pay some one else. so after all this hard work on my end and said persons end it breaks my heart to try to part with the old girl but what are ya gonna do?
1991 mustang Gt 'vert the car is visually unapealing but mechanicaly it's all there and the body is straight and rust and dent free. it is orange with a green hood and the orange paint is flaking (plan on paint right away) the interior is black and red it's complete but partially disassembled and will need a new carpet kit.
motor-
the car has a stock short block. it has world product heads with 1.6 roller rockers. ARP head studs and hardened push rods. it has a explorer upper and lower intake that has been ported and polished by accu-fab. 24lb injectors and a 75mm mass air calibrated to match. some random CAI. mac headers and H-pipe with flowmasters. also has 7 quart oil pan with proper moroso pick up tube.
trans.-
it has a brand new art carr AOD. with a forward manual valve body pro-stick shifter. the trans. has a 3800 stall matched to the application (can't remember brand) it also has a trans. brake and the upgraded green clutches. this trans was built to handle up to 900Hp and is no joke.
cooling-
it has a gigantic two core aluminum radiator, electric fan, silicone hoses, and a edelbrock high volume water pump. the heater core has been bypassed.
the car has subframe connectors and has the five lug 4 wheel disc conversion donated form a '98 Gt. and sits on '00 gt wheels. the rear end has 355's in it and has been gone through by blue oval and they replaced worn seals and bearings. i also have upper and lower control arms but they are not installed (waiting on compressor). the a/c worked until last week it had been sitting for a while i am assuming the charge leaked out but i haven't looked into it yet. but it did work fine. this car is some paint and a carpet kit away from being a good looking street car. this car runs and drives great! and will easily dip into the 12's. feel free to set up a test ride with me but only if you have cash. not to sound rude but Tr has it's share of tire kickers and "i'll be right back" you guys know who you are i need not mention names. i have well over 7k into this car including the original purchase price of the car so make offers accordingly. i will consider trade + cash for a clean driver preferably a truck or suv.
thanks for the interest and post questions if you got 'em. i know i'm forgettting ALOT of shit but that's how it goes. like i said i don't have a problem letting the car sit but it would be nice to move it and start another one in a few years.
