Just need to know if i should even bother with them....

ACT HD Pressure Plate
NSK Pilot Bearing
NSK Release Bearing (for 90-93 tegs, dunno if i could use it on my '99?)
Complete set of Crower Dual Valve Springs


just really need a clutch and a new release bearing if i can't use the one listed above, thinking about exedy for the clutch. Maybe a nice lopey set of cams down the line, could i use those springs with the stock valvetrain?
