Exactly what Mars_302 said. A lift makes it a WHOLE lot nicer. If this is the first one that you've done AND they are Mac headers, all I have to say is "Good-Luck !!".
I have installed longtubes on my cobra about 3-4 times now. First install and various tranny issues that needed on side to come out and then replace a header gasket. I ain't even gonna touch that MAC/auto install
