Even if you spent 500 bucks to learn the way to correctly apply, and not apply, paint you will still come out ahead. Once you get the basics down you can do this the rest of your life for all your future vehicles. Or worst case senario you relize the value of a good paint job, and understand why you can't get one for 500 bucks.
