Enough hardner? That's the problem. He's not getting the other side sprayed before the previous side sets up. He's got hella over spray. Well, that's only an opinion which doesn't do much good without seeing the paint in person. Its hard to tell with the blurry pic, but it seems he's just not applying it fast enough, or its drying faster than he can cover the area.
