The cobra was definately accelerating. You can clearly hear the supercharger whining. A fast SRT-4 is nothing new, the turbo upgrade with fuel management and IC is about $3500 and will net you right at 500 HP. I will say that there is no exhaust tone which makes me believe it was a stock or near stock Terminator.
