Thanks for the offer, but it's cash or the following criteria:

1. Would have to be a compact (Corolla, Civic, Sentra, Protege, etc)
2. Must be Jap
3. Must be 01+
4. Must have 50,000 miles or less
5. No wrecks perfect condition

Unfortunately your's only meets 3/5 criteria as of what I know. That looks to be a 92-95 and I doubt it has less than 50k on it.
