same thing happened to me but i didnt have anyone on the back and i was going 180 and it was 3 in the morning so there werent any cars, i also had my license. but i got fleeing and evading, wreckless driving, and speeding. I got a good lawyer named Gil Colon and he got the fleeing charge dropped and i took the driving class, i ended up with 30 hours CS and 6 months probation. Its hard not to speed on it cause by the end of 2nd your already over 100, so i try to ride it less now, but still have 15 points somehow.....
