Greetings again everyone. Tina does a wonderful job at taking care of me and caring. Isn't she great everybody? Anyway - back to the car. I haven't been online much because the new place doesn't have internet yet - I cannot get online at work so Im having to proxy my posts through Tina in the meantime - The car has almost no oil pressure at idle. And under load it has 15-20psi. We haven't figured this out just yet, but before I pull the engine, yet again - I will replace the oil pump, and pray to God that this works. The original problem, why the car was bogging so bad and not running properly. After replacing the injector clips, the Head Temp Sensor, and the FPR - the car still would not keep running it was bogging down bad. - After some thinking I realized there HAD to be something wrong with the MAF - I pulled the connector out to try and reseat it - and voila... It was upside down. So I rearanged that - the car fired RIGHT up.

However... the oil pressure is still low. It's either the oil passages are clogged, the pickup gasket is not installed properly, the pickup could be blocked by something, or kinked, or the oil pump is damaged somehow. I've tried a lot of stuff, including priming the pump, and putting washers in the pump's relief valve - none of this has worked, so I will be replacing the pump with a used, but working one to see if that is the problem. - If it is I will order a new pump and install it. - If it is not the problem. I will remove the engine yet again - and bill Red's for my time.

BoostedB16a - Joe I will square with you ASAP man. Things are crazy as always and Im not trying to diss you here - I don't have any access to the internet, and have been moving the last week or working on my car.
