I think it will be OK for quite a while longer, but I also have thought the same thing driving out there. I can remember nothing but cows and farm houses on both sides of the road from I-75 all the way out, no traffic lights, no shopping centers, no schools, no neighborhoods, just one little run down general store. Scary thing is, I'm not talking about that long ago.
