I know what you mean. When I first started going to BMP, you wouldn't see a car for miles. Now its busy as hell. A couple of things that SHOULD help BMP live longer:

From what I hear, they are buying up the orange groves around them which should keep houses from getting too close.

Across the street from the track is a HUGE state park and a very big lake. As such, there will never be anything built across the street.

I'm still praying like hell that they don't get squeezed out though
