One thing that caught my eye on the drive out to the track is how much development has started, even in the 3 months since I was last at the track. They've got a new CVS out at the Hess corner to compliment that big shopping center. There's tons of housing going up and moving out along the road in the direction of the track.

We've all seen the progress of development kill other tracks, the track that used to be in the carrolwood area long ago, sunshine in the next few years. How long do you think it will be before greedy developers build to within 1/2 mile of the track and dumbass whiny bitches move in only to complain about the noise?
