I would take your $$$ and buy a zex dry kit(75shot) and a b16a tranny. get a good clutch if you still got some cash. that combo will run with most gsr teg's on the street.
guess maybe it is the car it is in there was not really a integra that could keep up with me stock with my b16 even with your swap guy had a 99 rebuilt ls with itr tranny and semi gutted still no go,
