It would spew out of the overflow tube under the radiator cap. All the old 60's and 70's (and earlier) cars used to do this. If you don't have anything to let the pressure out, if it gets high enough, it will find the weakest link in you cooling system and blow it out, as mentioned above, either the hoses, gaskets, seals or even the radiator core itself.
