Hey Dan,
Your best bet will be to look at the wiring diagram for the S14 A/C system, which I have a copy of. You need to isolate the problem in a step-by-step manner. For example, connect a source of 12V directly to the compressor and see if it comes on and if the air in the cabin is cold. If this works, then you know that you have a problem with the electronics that control the A/C compressor.
Do both fans come on when you turn on the A/C? If not, then you could have a shorted out fan motor, which will blow the fuse for the A/C compressor.
Also, if there is a freon leak, the pressure in the system will be low. This is detected by the triple pressure switch and will this not allow the compressor to turn on.
If you need help diagnosing it, let me know and I will do what I can. I promise that I would not want any sexual favors...money is just fine for me
By the way, I am drunk as fuck
Peace out yo,
