DC customs does bags, North Tampa Customs does bags, and then there are some other places on the other side of florida. im not sure if ull be able to lay frame with just bags, they told me in order to lay frame id have to do a body drop also or some shit, but then again im in a SUV, it might be different for u. north tampa quoted me at $3500 OUT THE DOOR, and it would take about 3 weeks to complete. from what ive heard from 90% of ppl is go on ebay, and source out ur own compressor and tanks and shit instead of buyin a kit, the kits supposedly usually have weak links, like theyll have a good compressor, but shitty tanks or vise-versa, so they say for about the same price as the kit, u can get a good compressor(Viair 450) and some good tanks and misc shit, i duno about DC Customs, but NTC sed they would give a lifetime warranty on all the lines and welds and shit like that...so $3500 seems like a very good deal(IMO), especially cuz its on a smaller SUV. hope this helps.
