Yeah, PAX schmax, those adjustments are almost worthless. Thats the reason why I just wanted to compare times directly with Leonard at the FSF auto-x.

But to correct both Leonard and Zate, until I get some better tires and gearing for my car any good WRX should be able to beat my times. Even the PCA people verified that any good 944 will be at least 2 seconds faster on a one minute course compared to a 911 and I have seen enough imprezzas to know they are just as capable. Tis the nature of the beasts on slow twisty courses.

Now if Leslie does not know how to drive a stick that is a pretty big handicap for her. I don't have a lot of sympathy for the novice excuse since I won 2nd and 1st place in my first two novice runs since I knew how to drive long before my first auto-x. If I had been dumped into novice again at the FSF auto-x I would have won another trophy. Unfortunately in ASP I will need to get some appropriate mods or I am SOL as far as winning anything in that class.

But enough of this bench racing crap. 5 days till auto-x time so to paraphrase Zate, lets bring it on . . .
