There's more to it than that. There were actually a couple of different SLA setups for Fox body mustangs that were available. One of them was the Bart's Works SLA. HP Motorsports bought the rights to the design ( this is back around 2001). To my knowledge, they only ever sold 2 of them. Allegedly, they worked pretty well, but IIRC there was some single sheer design element that couldn't be eliminated (due to space constraints in the fox unibody) that was a major safety issue. They were pretty expensive too. like > 2k. Ford did something similar on the FR500 concept using off the shelf parts (I belive they used an aluminum upper from the rear of a lincoln?).
